Prices and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive. We use PayPal as our payment processor. You do not need a PayPal account, you may with credit card, after being directed to the PayPal Page. Delivery charges will be included in the shopping cart transaction. We do not store any credit card details on our site.
Customs and Import Duties for International Buyers
Please be aware that Hotel at Home are not responsible for any customs or import duties. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery
For items held in stock, your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received. Deliveries will be made during standard business hours Monday to Friday. You will be notified by phone or email if any items in your order are not readily available or delayed.
*Disclaimer - We will make every effort to complete your order. Should suppliers be out of stock we may be unable to fulfil your order or there may be a delay in processing your order. We will endeavour to contact you and inform you if there is a problem with your order.

Refunds
If an item is not suitable it may be returned on condition that it is unopened and in it's original packaging. Any claims for refunds must be made within 14 Days of the delivery date. Please email info@hotelathome.net for an authorisation number. The customer is responsible for all postage costs for items returned. Once the item is received by the Hotel at Home either a refund for the cost of the item or a store credit will be issued.
