When my husband started his own hotel supply business, my friends and family were so excited to be able to get their hands on linen that made them feel like they were on holidays all the time.

 

The demand for our crisp white sheets and fluffy towels became so great that I was having trouble keeping up with their orders. I had to get organized. Next thing I knew I was making order forms and having a few people over at once to save time. Before long I was doing this several nights a week. Friends were recommending our products to everyone and I could not keep up with showing them the range all by myself. So my friends started showing their friends and family, and before long they too were having several people over at a time and getting order forms from me.

 

It just grew and grew, so in 2003, I registered the name and I started Hotel at Home as a party plan business. What started out as helping friends and family get their hands on great quality linen, has now turned into something much bigger.

Technology has come a long way since then. Online shopping is so much more convenient!

Now everyone in Australia can have that luxury hotel feeling at the click of a button.

 

We don't pre-package our products; they just come straight out of the box, the same way they are sold to hotels, just without the hotel's tags.
